Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 package dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 cups chopped nuts
  • 1 cup graham crackers, crushed

Instructions

  1. Use a pastry blender to cut butter into flour and yeast until well mixed.
  2. Mix warm water, eggs, and sugar into the dry ingredients.
  3. Cover and let stand overnight in the refrigerator in a large covered bowl.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 parts.
  5. Roll each part thin into a rectangle.
  6. Combine chopped nuts, brown sugar, and crushed graham crackers to make the filling.
  7. Divide the filling into four parts.
  8. Spread each portion over the rolled dough and roll up.
  9. Bake 2 rolls at a time at 350°F on a cookie sheet until browned.
  10. Slice and serve.
