  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 12-inch pizza pan.
  3. On a sheet of waxed paper, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In a large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed, beat butter, brown sugar, and egg for 2 minutes, until light and fluffy.
  5. Add the flour mixture; beat just until combined.
  6. Add 1/2 cup candies; mix well.
  7. Turn out dough onto the prepared pizza pan.
  8. With a spatula, spread dough to the edge of the pan.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown; cool on a rack.
  10. Spread with vanilla frosting and decorate with candies and chocolate syrup.
