Ingredients

  • 2 cans peaches
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/3 c vinegar
  • 1/3 c catsup
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 c honey
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Baste and charbroil the ribs for 20 minutes on one side.
  2. Turn the ribs and cook for another 10 minutes on the other side.
  3. Apply the peach glaze and cook for an additional 20 minutes, basting as needed.
