Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground cooked ham
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 cup finely crushed saltine crackers
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to a moderate 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  3. Combine ground cooked ham, ground beef, crushed saltine crackers, milk, eggs, white wine vinegar, granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, and dry mustard in a bowl.
  4. Divide the mixture into 10 equal portions.
  5. Shape each portion into a 5 x 2 x 2-inch loaf.
  6. Arrange the loaves in the greased pan.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
