Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 box confectioners sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the yellow cake mix, margarine, and 1 egg, then press the mixture into a greased and floured 10 x 12-inch pan.
  2. Spread crushed pineapple, coconut, and nuts evenly over the cake mixture.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, 2 eggs, and confectioners sugar until smooth.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the layered ingredients in the pan.
  5. Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 to 35 minutes until light brown.
