Ingredients

  • 2 cans shrimp
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 package unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Heat the cream of celery soup to a boil.
  2. Mix in cream cheese, chopped onions, chopped celery, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add unflavored gelatin, water, and then the shrimp. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold.
  5. Chill for 3 to 4 hours.
  6. Serve with crackers.
