Ingredients

  • 1 can white shoepeg corn, drained
  • 1 can green beans (French-style), drained
  • 1 can baby peas, drained
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup salad oil

Instructions

  1. Mix the vinegar, salt, and sugar until creamy.
  2. Pour the mixture over the drained vegetables.
  3. Let the salad set overnight.
  4. Stir well before serving.
