Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/3 c. chopped green peppers
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked green beans
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup croutons

Instructions

  1. Heat salad oil in a skillet and brown chopped onion and green pepper.
  2. Add chopped tomato and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add cooked green beans, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  5. Turn into a serving dish and top with croutons.
