Instructions
- Cook the green beans slowly with no seasonings until heated through.
- Saute sliced onions in 1 stick of margarine until soft.
- Add the sautéed onions, grated Cheddar cheese, and cream of mushroom soup to the cooked green beans and mix well.
- Crumble Ritz crackers into the remaining 1 stick of margarine until completely absorbed.
- Place the bean mixture in a greased baking pan and sprinkle the cracker mixture on top.
- Bake at 350°F until the top is golden brown.
