Ingredients

  • 1 lb. green snap beans
  • 7 red potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Tbsp. rosemary
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in the microwave until crispy; remove and set aside.
  2. In the same microwave or on the stovetop, melt butter or margarine and add rosemary; set aside.
  3. Cook green beans, red potatoes, and sliced onion in water in a covered ovenproof dish until tender, about 20-25 minutes.
  4. Drain the vegetables and pour the bacon, melted butter or margarine, and rosemary mixture over the cooked vegetables before serving.
