Ingredients

  • 1 pint chicken livers
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small jar mushrooms
  • 1 green pepper
  • garlic salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill and prepare 12 squares of aluminum foil (8x8 inches).
  2. Clean the chicken livers and slice the small onion, mushrooms, and green pepper.
  3. Divide the chicken livers, onions, mushrooms, and green peppers evenly onto the foil squares.
  4. Season with garlic salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Wrap each foil square securely to form packets.
  6. Grill the foil packets over medium heat for approximately 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
  7. Remove from grill, carefully open the foil packets, and serve hot.
