Ingredients

  • 3 lb chicken, cut into pieces
  • 1 lemon or lime, cut in half
  • 1/4 cup whiskey
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp ginger root or dried ginger spice
  • 1 Tbsp honey

Instructions

  2. Mix whiskey, melted butter, soy sauce, ginger, and honey together.
  3. Marinate the chicken in the mixture for 2 hours or more.
