Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
  • dash of sugar
  • dash of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Brown ground beef with chopped onion in a medium skillet; drain excess fat.
  3. Prepare stuffing according to the package directions.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together the cans of creamed corn and whole kernel corn, along with a dash of sugar and nutmeg.
  5. Add the cooked ground beef and onion mixture, as well as the prepared stuffing, to the corn mixture; stir until well combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into a 2-quart glass baking dish and cover with foil.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, or until heated through.
