Ingredients

  • deer meat
  • 1 lb ground turkey meat
  • 1/2 tsp chopped or dried onion
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 3 big splashes soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp dried bell pepper or equivalent fresh
  • 1 tsp meat tenderizer
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. Put deer meat in a mixing bowl and add the remaining ingredients.
  2. Mix well and shape into patties.
  3. Roll patties in ground cracker crumbs.
  4. Place on wax paper and store in refrigerator until ready to cook.
  5. Fry in an electric skillet at 350°F until lightly browned and cooked through.
