Ingredients

  • 1 to 1.5 lb. fresh haddock fillets
  • 1 can cream of shrimp soup
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • margarine

Instructions

  1. Place haddock fillets in a buttered casserole dish.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Tear American cheese into strips and lay on top of haddock.
  4. Pour cream of shrimp soup over the cheese and fish.
  5. Cover the casserole dish.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 to 40 minutes.
