Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. wild rice
  • 1 pkg. broccoli, chopped
  • 1 pkg. ham, cubed
  • 4 oz. can mushrooms
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. mustard
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the wild rice according to package instructions and drain.
  2. Cook the chopped broccoli until tender.
  3. Pour the cooked rice into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  4. Layer the cooked broccoli over the rice.
  5. In a bowl, mix together the ham, mushrooms, Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and mustard.
  6. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the broccoli layer.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 45 minutes until bubbly and golden.
