Ham And Egg Combo

- Blend 1/2 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing, 1/4 cup flour and dash of pepper.
- Gradually add 2 cups milk.
- Stir until thickened. Add 1/2 cup sharp Cheddar, Velveeta or American cheese (cubed) and 1/4 cup chopped onion.
- Heat until cheese melts.
- Then add 1 1/2 cups cubed, cooked ham and 4 hard-boiled eggs (sliced).
- Serve on toasted English muffins or toast.
- Serves 6 to 8.
- You can increase quantities and make double batch and also use 2 kinds of cheese.
