Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can chunk pineapple
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Arrange cooked ham in the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  2. Slice the onion and green pepper thinly and place over the ham.
  3. Drain the pineapple, reserving the syrup.
  4. Arrange the pineapple over the pepper and onion, then add raisins.
  5. Combine the pineapple juice with enough water to make 1 cup.
  6. Stir in vinegar and bring to a boil.
  7. Mix brown sugar, dry mustard, cornstarch, and salt, then add to the pineapple juice mixture.
  8. Add Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce, then cook until thickened.
  9. Pour the sauce over the ham and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
