Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup thinly-sliced celery
  • 3 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 can condensed cream of onion soup
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 package frozen mixed vegetables

Instructions

  1. In a 2-quart casserole, combine the sliced celery and butter.
  2. Microwave at HIGH for 3 to 4 minutes, or until the celery is tender.
  3. Add the condensed cream of celery soup and condensed cream of onion soup to the casserole.
  4. Pour in the milk and stir to combine.
  5. Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables.
  6. Cook in the microwave on HIGH for an additional 5-7 minutes, until heated through and vegetables are tender.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy.
