Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb. ground ham
  • 2 lb. ground lean pork
  • 1 lb. ground beef or 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 3 c. crushed graham crackers
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Using a 1/2 cup measure, form individual rolls or shape into a loaf.
  3. Place in a baking pan and cover with sauce.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
