Ingredients

  • 2 c. ground cooked ham
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. chili sauce
  • 1 c. ground carrots
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped fine

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Shape into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan.
  3. Bake in a moderate oven at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes.
