Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 minced onion
  • 1 minced green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 (4 oz.) can button mushrooms
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp. tarragon
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 c. cooked broad noodles

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
  2. Add beef, canned mushrooms, salt, pepper, and tarragon; cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the meat is done.
  3. Stir in sour cream, heat through, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  4. Serve over cooked broad noodles.
