Hamburger-Cabbage Bake

- Cook and stir ground beef in a 10-inch skillet until brown; drain.
- Stir in shredded cabbage, chopped onion, 2 tablespoons water, salt, caraway seed, and pepper.
- Cover and simmer until cabbage is tender, about 10 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix Bisquick baking mix and 3/4 cup cold water until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes.
- Gently shape dough into a ball on a floured surface.
- Knead 5 times.
- Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness.
- Cut into 4-inch rounds and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Make a hole in the center of each round to within 1/2-inch of the edge.
- Spoon beef mixture into each shell and sprinkle with shredded American cheese.
- Bake until light brown, about 10 to 12 minutes.
