Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. raw rice
  • 1 pt. spaghetti sauce
  • 3 c. chopped cabbage

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in salad oil until lightly browned.
  2. Mix in chopped onion, salt, pepper, and raw rice; cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Place chopped cabbage in a casserole dish.
  5. Pour meat mixture over the cabbage.
  6. Do not stir. Cover and bake at 325°F for 1 1/2 hours.
