Hamburger Cutlets Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef with parsley, salt and pepper. Shape into patties. Coat with flour. Dip into beaten eggs and then dip into bread crumbs. Brown patties in skillet containing oil. Place in baking dish and top with Mozzarella cheese. Pour spaghetti sauce over meat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
