- Add ground chuck; cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Stir in tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and oregano; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix cooked macaroni into the meat mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- In a bowl, beat eggs with milk; pour evenly over the casserole.
- Bake in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.
