Ingredients

  • 1 small jar mustard
  • 1 hog head or 1 large Boston butt
  • 1 hog liver
  • 2 qt. tomatoes
  • 2 bottles catsup
  • 3 lb. ground beef
  • 2 lb. onions, chopped fine
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 lb. diced potatoes

Instructions

  1. Cook hog head or Boston butt and liver until tender. Grind up and put the rest of the ingredients in a large pot.
  2. Cook real slow for 5 to 6 hours.
  3. Stir often to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.
