- Stir in chopped onion.
- Cover with wax paper.
- Cook on high for 5 minutes, stirring once.
- Combine water and gravy mix in a 2-cup glass measure.
- Cook on high for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring at 1-minute intervals.
- Combine cooked beef and frozen hash brown potatoes in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the sautéed onion, gravy mixture, salt, and pepper; blend well.
- Spread the mixture in a 12 x 8-inch glass dish.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
