Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil ⓘ
- 1 c celery, thinly sliced ⓘ
- 1/2 c onion, chopped ⓘ
- 2 cloves garlic, minced ⓘ
- 1 (17 oz) can whole kernel corn, undrained ⓘ
- 1 (28 oz) can whole tomatoes, undrained and cut in half ⓘ
- 1 (16 oz) can sliced potatoes, undrained ⓘ
- 1 (10 1/2 oz) can chicken broth ⓘ
- 1 c water ⓘ
- 1/4 c catsup ⓘ
- 1/4 c brown sugar ⓘ
- 1 lb ham, cubed ⓘ
- 3 c cabbage, thinly sliced ⓘ
Instructions
- In a 4-quart saucepan over medium heat, sauté celery, onion, and garlic in oil for 2 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
