Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen fish fillets, partially thawed
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/4 cup cornflake crumbs

Instructions

  1. Place fillets in a greased 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook onion and garlic in butter until tender.
  3. Stir in dried tarragon, thyme, salt, and pepper; cook 1 minute.
  4. Spread the onion and seasoning mixture over the fish fillets.
  5. Top with cornflake crumbs.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
