Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • dash of parsley
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 1 lb. shrimp
  • flour

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan.
  2. Saute chopped onion and half of the bell pepper in the butter until softened.
  3. Add crab meat and shrimp to the saucepan and cook on low heat until the shrimp are cooked through.
  4. Pour in half and half and add a dash of parsley.
  5. Thicken the sauce with flour to desired consistency.
  6. Serve over noodles and top with cheese or serve with crackers.
