Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. green beans
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 zucchini, sliced in quarters lengthwise
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. raw uncooked honey
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a pot.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer.
  3. Simmer for 1 hour or until vegetables are tender.
