Ingredients

  • 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 6 oz. package chocolate chips
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking or regular oats

Instructions

  1. Combine sweetened condensed milk, 2 tablespoons butter, and chocolate chips in the top of a double boiler.
  2. Cook, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Set aside to cool.
