Ho-Bo's are hearty, flavorful wrapped patties filled with hamburger, potatoes, and vegetables, perfect for a comforting meal suitable for family dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
  • several large potatoes
  • one large onion
  • several carrots
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Make patties out of hamburger meat.
  2. Slice potatoes, onions, and carrots thin.
  3. Place a slice of onion on a large piece of Reynolds Wrap.
  4. Put a hamburger patty on top of the onion.
  5. Add sliced potatoes and carrots on top of the patty.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Wrap the filled ingredients in Reynolds Wrap.
  8. Place each wrapped Ho-bo on a baking pan.
  9. Bake at 375°F until the meat is cooked and the vegetables are tender.
