Pork Milano

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. oil ⓘ
- 1 to 2 lb. boneless pork loin ⓘ
- 1/2 c. chopped onion ⓘ
- 1/2 c. chopped celery ⓘ
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped ⓘ
- 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms ⓘ
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
- 1 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 1/8 tsp. pepper ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. basil ⓘ
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup ⓘ
- 1/2 c. milk ⓘ
- 1 tomato ⓘ
- 1 1/2 c. croutons ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter ⓘ
- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese ⓘ
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti ⓘ
Instructions
- In hot oil, in a large frying pan, brown the pork well.
- Add chopped onion, chopped celery, and chopped green pepper.
- Saute until the vegetables are tender.
- Mix in sliced mushrooms and seasonings (Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, basil).
- Simmer, covered, for 25 minutes.
- Blend in cream of mushroom soup and milk.
- Simmer, covered, for an additional 5 minutes.
