Homemade Eggrolls

Crispy homemade eggrolls packed with seasoned meat and vegetables, perfect as an appetizer or snack for gatherings or casual meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cabbage, chopped fine
  • 1 white onion, chopped fine
  • 3 carrots, shredded
  • 3 sticks celery, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 to 2 lb. 90% lean hamburger
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 to 2 packages eggroll wraps

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Spoon the mixture onto an eggroll wrap.
  3. Fold and seal the eggrolls as desired.
  4. Fry the eggrolls in deep oil at 350°F until medium brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
