Ingredients

  • 4 strips bacon
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. finely chopped onions
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 2 c. cooked shrimp
  • 1/3 c. minced celery leaves
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until crisp; remove bacon from skillet and set aside.
  2. Add ground beef and chopped onions to the skillet; cook, stirring, until the onion is tender and the beef is browned.
  3. Stir in cooked rice, cooked shrimp, minced celery leaves, salt, pepper, dry mustard, and soy sauce.
  4. Heat through, then serve.
