Ingredients

  • 1 jar Hormel chipped beef
  • 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 1 can chopped chiles or 1/4 oz. green peppers
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • pepper
  • salt
  • garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. milk

Instructions

  1. Chop the chipped beef, green chiles or green peppers, and green onions.
  2. Mix the chopped ingredients into sour cream, cream cheese, milk, and season with pepper, salt, and garlic salt.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until the edges turn brown.
