- Preheat the oven and prepare a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan by lightly greasing it.
- In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, uncooked Minute rice, chopped onion, egg, beef bouillon, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Spoon half of the turkey mixture into the prepared loaf pan, spreading evenly.
- Layer one slice of Swiss cheese over the turkey mixture.
- Spread thawed and well-drained chopped spinach or broccoli evenly over the cheese.
- Top with another slice of Swiss cheese.
- Cover with the remaining turkey mixture, pressing gently to seal and shape the loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 50 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.
- Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
