Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. ground pork sausage
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 c. onion, minced
  • 1 c. green pepper, minced
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients; mix well and form into a loaf or loaves.
  2. Bake in a 2-inch baking pan at 350°F for 1 hour.
  3. Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
