Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 5 oz. shredded dried beef
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blend cream cheese, milk, dried beef, and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Add chopped green pepper, dried onion flakes, and garlic powder; mix well.
  4. Place the mixture in a pie plate.
  5. Sprinkle with coarsely chopped pecans that have been heated in butter.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  7. Serve with Escort crackers or your favorite accompaniments.
