Ingredients

  • 2 c. onions, diced small
  • 2 c. celery, diced
  • 2 c. bell peppers, diced small
  • 1 c. jalapeno peppers, diced small
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 lb. hot bulk sausage
  • 1 (14 oz.) box Minute rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  1. Saute onions, celery, bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, and garlic until tender.
  2. Add sausage and cook until browned and done.
  3. Cook rice according to package directions.
  4. Combine sausage and vegetable mixture with cooked rice and cream of chicken soup.
  5. Heat through until all ingredients are well combined and hot.
  6. Serve hot.
