Ingredients

  • 6 oz. Treet, mashed
  • 4 oz. grated cheese
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
  • 8 slices sandwich bread
  • melted butter

Instructions

  1. Mix Treet, grated cheese, chopped onion, and hot sauce together.
  2. Cut the crusts from the slices of bread.
  3. Roll each bread slice flat with a rolling pin and spread with the meat mixture.
  4. Roll up jelly roll fashion and cut each into halves or thirds.
  5. Place seam side down on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush the rolls with melted butter and garnish with paprika.
  7. Broil about 8 inches from the heat until golden brown and cheese melts.
  8. Serve hot.
