Ingredients

  • 2 lb. wing joints
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
  • 1/2 c. sesame oil
  • 2 tsp. red pepper
  • 2 small whole garlic cloves
  • 1 bundle green onions
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 2 carrots
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil wing joints for 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Crush garlic cloves and add chopped yellow onion, green onions, and carrots. Stir well.
  4. Add 1/2 cup soy sauce, sesame seed, sesame oil, and red pepper.
  5. Cook for approximately 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
