Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chopped dates
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 c. Rice Krispies
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • confectioners sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook chopped dates, melted butter, and sugar together.
  2. Cook on low until the mixture comes to a boil, about 10 minutes.
  3. Add chopped nuts, Rice Krispies, and vanilla to the mixture.
  4. Let the mixture cool.
  5. Make into balls and roll in confectioners' sugar.
