Hungarian Meat Roll

- Combine the beaten eggs, bread crumbs, tomato juice, dried oregano, salt, pepper, and minced garlic; mix well and add to the ground beef.
- Prepare a 13 x 10 inch foil and spread the ground beef mixture within about an inch of the edges.
- Arrange the sliced boiled ham in the middle of the beef mixture and sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the ham.
- Starting from the short end, carefully roll the meat mixture, lifting the foil as you go, and seal the edges to enclose the filling.
- Discard the foil after rolling.
- Place the rolled meat in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for one hour.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese on top and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
