Ingredients

  • 1 cut up fryer chicken
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 cup crushed garlic or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 stick melted butter

Instructions
