- Mix rice, boiling water, and instant minced onion in a bowl.
- Cover the bottom of a greased 14 x 9-inch casserole dish with the rice mixture.
- Place cooked turkey pieces over the rice.
- Sprinkle frozen peas over the turkey.
- Combine cheese soup, cream of chicken or mushroom soup, and milk; pour over the casserole.
- Mix crushed cheese crackers with melted butter; pour over the top of the casserole.
