Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 2 cups self-rising meal
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 small can creamed corn
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup self-rising flour

Instructions

  1. Mix well the eggs, chopped green pepper, sour cream, self-rising meal, chopped onion, creamed corn, oil, and self-rising flour.
  2. Pour the batter into an iron round bread pan or a frypan/iron section pan.
  3. Bake at 450°F for 45 minutes or until well browned.
