Ingredients

  • 1 large can crushed pineapple

  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 can cream cheese frosting

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed pineapple, eggs, flour, sugar, baking soda, and chopped nuts together.
  2. Spread the mixture on a jelly roll pan (cookie sheet with sides).
  3. Bake for 25 minutes at 350°F.
